  • ConAgra Foods is listed on the 2013 Dow Jones Sustainable Index for North America.
  • Nearly 3,000 employees volunteered more than 7,000 hours during our annual Week of Service.
  • All of our facilities were Global Food Safety Initiative-certified in FY12.
  • We are the sole corporate sponsor and partner of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for Home Food Safety.™
  • In calendar year 2012, 79 percent of eligible employees participated in our wellness program.
  • In FY13, more than 93 percent of solid waste generated from our facilities was diverted from landfills.
