  • In 2014, ConAgra Foods earned a place on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index North America for the fourth consecutive year.
  • One hundred percent of our full-time facilities continue to be Global Food Safety Initiative-certified in FY14.
  • In FY14, more than 94 percent of solid waste generated from our facilities was diverted from landfills.
  • In calendar year 2013, 81 percent of eligible salaried employees participated in our wellness program.
  • In FY14, projects submitted as part of our Sustainable Development Awards program conserved more than 820 million gallons of water.
  • We are the sole corporate sponsor and partner of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for Home Food Safety.™
  • We are a founding member of the American Institute for Packaging and the Environment.
  • In FY14, 17 ConAgra Foods facilities achieved a zero Occupational Safety & Health Administration Incident Rate.
